This policy explains what Bestservix collects and how we use it. We keep this deliberately small: we collect what we need to run the service and nothing we can sell.

Who we are

Bestservix (the “service”) is the data controller for the personal data described here. We process your data to perform our contract with you and provide the service, to comply with law, and for our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. What we collect

  • Account details: your email, and a name or avatar if you sign in with a provider like Google.
  • Usage counters: how many times you have used each tool this month, to apply plan limits.
  • Content you run: the domains, URLs, and queries you submit, and the results you choose to save to history.
  • Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Service providers we use

To run Bestservix we rely on a small number of processors:

  • Supabase, for authentication and database storage.
  • Polar, as Merchant of Record, for billing and payment.
  • OpenAI, when an AI check runs.
  • Our hosting provider, to serve the application.

Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.

Content you submit

The domains, keywords, and pages you analyze are yours. You are responsible for having the right to analyze them. Analysis runs on our server and, by design, we do not share your inputs with third parties other than the processors listed above.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the service. We do not use advertising cookies.

Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. Saved history is retained according to your plan. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

The service is not directed to children and is intended for adults using it for business purposes.
